Leadership Program

Welcome to the GG Leadership Program

This program was created to help dentists grow as leaders—not just in their practice, but in life. Leadership in dentistry goes beyond managing schedules and collections; it’s about inspiring a team, shaping a culture, and aligning everyone toward a shared vision of excellence. Over the next 12 months, you’ll embark on a guided journey designed to strengthen your mindset, systems, communication, and confidence as a leader.

The GG Practice Coaching Leadership Program is built on the idea that personal growth fuels professional growth. When a doctor leads with clarity and consistency, the team follows with energy and purpose. When everyone grows together, the practice thrives—financially, culturally, and emotionally.

What to expect

Each month focuses on a new leadership principle, giving you and your team the opportunity to reflect, discuss, and apply concepts that drive real change. You’ll receive:

  • Four weekly leadership emails (Reflection, Action, Quote, Film Moment, and Team Activity)
  • A monthly leadership huddle plan to bring insights together
  • Optional film clips and team activities to make learning interactive and memorable

Each lesson is designed to be simple, practical, and conversation-based, not lecture-style. You’ll lead short weekly discussions (5–10 minutes), followed by monthly huddles (30–45 minutes) to bring ideas to life through accountability and recognition.

How it works

  • Weekly Rhythm: Each Monday (or any chosen day), share the week’s short lesson with your team. Use the reflection questions to spark conversation and choose one small action to implement that week.
  • Monthly Rhythm: At the end of each month, gather your team for a 30–45 minute leadership huddle. Review your progress, celebrate wins, and prepare for the next month’s theme.
  • Leadership in Film: Each month includes optional movie or TV scene tie-ins that reinforce the principle in an engaging, relatable way. These can be used in team meetings/huddles or simply referenced in discussion.
  • Team Activities: Each week includes a simple interactive element—a team brainstorm, journaling prompt, or mini-challenge—to strengthen engagement and retention.

The Commitment

This program is not about perfection—it’s about progress and consistency. Each lesson compounds over time. Even if you fall behind, the key is to stay in the conversation and model growth for your team.

Expect moments of reflection, challenge, and encouragement. Some weeks will stretch your comfort zone; others will affirm what you’re already doing well. By the end of the 12 months, you’ll have:

  • A clearly defined vision and set of core values
  • A consistent rhythm of team communication and accountability
  • A deeper understanding of your leadership strengths and blind spots
  • A more united, motivated, and self-driven team

Guiding Beliefs

  • Leadership is a skill that can be learned and strengthened.
  • Clarity and communication create trust.
  • Systems and habits sustain success.
  • Growth happens when challenge meets reflection.
  • The best practices don’t just have strong doctors—they have strong teams.

Your Role as a Leader

You set the tone. Your energy, language, and consistency shape how your team shows up. Each week, show up with curiosity. Ask questions. Listen more than you speak. Celebrate small wins loudly. Model what growth looks like, and your team will follow.

“To lead others, you must first lead yourself.”
